Job Description

Supports new business growth through lead generation and marketing initiatives, focusing on automated outreach, email and digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, and advertising, while assisting trade shows, customer visits, and sales events under the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Design, run, and refine automated outreach programs, including outsourced cold calling, email marketing, and CRM-driven engagement efforts
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer nurture, and brand visibility
  • Create marketing content for websites, social channels, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Oversee digital advertising efforts, including online ads, SEO initiatives, and frequent website updates
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and generate opportunities
  • Conduct customer visits and assist with relationship management for prospective and small to mid size accounts
  • Track marketing and sales activities in the CRM, maintaining accurate records for contacts and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to support business development goals and company growth
  • Monitor campaign performance, capture customer feedback, and monitor market trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support follow-up communications, lead qualification, and coordination of customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • 2+ years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems preferred
  • ERP systems experience preferred

  • Strong CRM and marketing automation proficiency for managing outreach, campaigns, and engagement workflows
  • Experience with email marketing, cold outreach automation, and lead nurturing sequences
  • Solid digital marketing capabilities, including website updates, SEO, and online advertising campaign management
  • Ability to craft clear, engaging content for digital and print channels such as social media, emails, and promotional materials
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building during visits, events, and ongoing outreach
  • Self-motivated with a focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and marketing effectiveness
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively across sales and marketing teams

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development strategies
  • Exposure to life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain early-stage customer relationships
  • Knowledge of trade show engagement and post-event follow up practices
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate activity records
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to marketing and sales activity
  • Familiarity with the company’s industry, products, and target market

Pay

$42,000 - $58,500 per year

Emigsville, PA (onsite)
