Job Description

Join LasikPlus in Cincinnati, OH as a hands-on paid digital marketing specialist focused on growing local bookings. This onsite role centers on managing, launching, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maximize local-market impact and efficiency. You will translate performance into actionable optimizations while staying aligned with local goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create, deploy, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Perform daily in-platform optimizations, including bid adjustments, budget pacing, KPI tracking, audience refinement, and creative testing
  • Structure campaigns and accounts, build keywords, segment audiences, and develop ad copy variations
  • Ensure campaigns align with local market goals and priorities rather than national-level management
  • Monitor and improve local market KPIs, focusing on spend efficiency
  • Optimize for local market KPIs, including conversions of quality bookings tied to attended appointments
  • Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities to increase both volume and quality of conversions
  • Turn performance data into actionable optimizations rather than just reporting
  • Collaborate to validate conversion tracking and attribution across channels
  • Contribute to creative ideation to ensure channel-specific assets are planned before handing off to the creative team
  • Work with non-paid media teams (SEO, organic social, local listings) to align messaging and demand generation
  • Partner with analytics and finance to evaluate channel performance and the local market ROI
  • Clearly communicate performance insights to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Healthcare marketing experience is preferred; if not, the ability to quickly develop working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI restrictions in paid media
  • Experience using CRM and offline conversion data to inform optimizations
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics GA4 or similar analytics platforms
  • Proactive problem solving and accountability for campaign performance
  • Ability to translate data into actionable steps
  • Location: onsite in Cincinnati, OH
