Marketing Operations Coordinator

A part-time Marketing and Sales Operations Coordinator role at MidCoast Wealth Advisors, based in Valparaiso, Indiana with a hybrid work arrangement. The position coordinates marketing, sales, events, and the firm’s digital presence, ensuring execution, tracking, and follow-through across teams to deliver a consistent 'Well Done' client experience.

Location

Valparaiso, IN plus hybrid work flexibility.

Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 25 - 40.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendars and marketing workflows to reflect current priorities
• Monitor ownership and completion of marketing tasks across teams
• Schedule posts and observe engagement metrics
• Submit marketing materials to the compliance department and track their status
• Maintain data updates and ensure accuracy
• Monitor engagement through web presence, including Google Business and the company website
• Ensure consistency across advisor sites
• Track timelines, logistics, and follow-through
• Track follow-ups and escalate issues as needed
• Support email campaigns and related reporting
• Remind team members of deadlines, ownership, and next steps
• Identify incomplete or overdue items and follow up accordingly
• Escalate to leadership when reminders are ineffective or repeated misses occur
