Job Description

The Platform Review Marketing Manager at Cardone Ventures is a client-facing marketing role focused on evaluating current performance, shaping platform-specific strategies, and guiding clients through a structured seven-month 10X360 Platform Review journey. The position blends strategic analysis, hands-on execution planning, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Role Summary

Cardone Ventures uses the 10X360 Platform Review to help platforming clients strengthen their marketing strategy over time. In this role, you will analyze and organize marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels, align marketing decisions with clients’ evolving business needs, and support clients as they refine brand direction, customer engagement, and conversion-focused growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic assessments across media, design, copy, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid search capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Account Managers, the internal CRM team, and Finance Managers, to develop a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review.
  • Consult with clients to determine their 10-year marketing growth strategy.
  • Work with 25+ clients across different industries, each with varying marketing needs and levels of marketing acumen.
  • Define platforming client foundations, including brand house, customer engagement model, value ladders, and customer persona(s).
  • Align the client’s customer journey with the organization’s brand strategy.
  • Guide clients through a seven-month journey that shifts how they think about marketing strategies within their business.
  • Test, report, optimize, and analyze program performance to identify improvement levers that can be shared across platforms and programs.
  • Audit client digital presence across social profiles, websites, and online service directories, and provide strategic update recommendations.
  • Define metrics, analyze program success, and track and forecast growth and engagement.
  • Use and recommend CRM platform capabilities to build customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs.
  • Interact with clients at in-person events during delivery of the 10X360 Platform Review.
  • Recommend key investments and marketing service innovations needed to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Create landing pages and email sequences using an internal CRM system for client businesses.
  • Build campaign plans that include strategy, copy, value propositions, and products offered.
  • Peer review the Marketing section of the Platform Review for other Marketing Managers and provide suggestions.
  • Ask pointed questions during discovery to understand the client’s current marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, sales, and management.
  • Substantial experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management software (e.g., Asana), and G Suite (Google Slides, Google Docs).
  • Understanding of digital, traditional, social media, and strategic marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to leverage market research and data to guide clients toward beneficial decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing statistics for social media platforms and where people spend most of their time.
  • Ability to articulate the concepts of flow, conversion, and retention.
  • Ability to explain differences between marketing strategy, branding, and advertising.
  • Ability to identify a client’s brand house and customer personas.
  • Understanding of critical marketing KPIs to measure performance.
  • Can generate creative, strategic marketing ideas while staying aligned with CV best practices.
  • Ability to peer review the Marketing section of the Platform Review and provide sound suggestions.
  • Ability to ask pointed questions during discovery to understand the client’s current marketing strategy.

Success Indicators

  • Clients actively reach out to gain advice and support from their trusted advisor.
  • Clients see revenue growth enabled by tangible, actionable recommendations driven by the PR MM.
  • Confusion is reduced while excitement increases for proper lead conversion and nurturing.

Work Location and Schedule

  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ
  • Workplace: Fully onsite (not remote)
  • Onsite requirement: Must be on-site at the Scottsdale, AZ office
  • Travel: Up to 5%

Compensation

$80,000 to $120,000 per year.
