Job Description

Custom Auto Solutions seeks a dynamic Marketing Director to steer multi-channel brand growth. This leadership role involves crafting innovative marketing strategies, guiding digital campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize audience engagement and conversions across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals, prioritizing digital channels such as social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated campaigns utilizing SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • Monitor website performance with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SQL to analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Implement conversion optimization by examining user journeys and refining landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Coordinate keyword research and SEO best practices to improve organic rankings across digital assets.
  • Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience, and applying performance marketing tactics with measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management including Facebook Advertising and content distribution across platforms.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visuals.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website optimization and data analysis.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities and content creation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing campaigns and B2B marketing approaches.
  • Experience managing WordPress content management systems along with knowledge of performance marketing principles for e-commerce environments.

Pay

Salary: USD 32,000 – 50,000 per year.
