Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator role supports planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design and produce visual assets for digital and print use, including social graphics, ads, brochures, and signage.
- Coordinate content calendars, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
- Update websites, publish blog posts, and build landing pages.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
- Track trends and contribute ideas to boost content performance and audience growth.
- Encourage and leverage user-generated content where appropriate.
- Assist in developing, designing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and automated journeys.
- Build and schedule emails in marketing platforms, ensuring content accuracy, links, and segmentation.
- Collaborate on email copywriting and visual design to create engaging, conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage audience lists and segmentation to ensure targeted, relevant messaging.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, with optimization recommendations.
- Analyze KPIs to evaluate content performance and design effectiveness across channels.
- Provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall creative strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Support uploading and organizing content in shared drives and management systems.
- Assist promotional initiatives, community launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media content, and branding work.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Brandwatch, Hootsuite.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO and how multi-channel marketing impacts performance.
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
