Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans that align with organizational goals, leveraging multichannel tactics across digital, print, social, and advertising campaigns.
  • Guide content marketing by crafting engaging copy, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including search optimization, social media, email campaigns, and performance marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Direct advertising sales activities by identifying new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and optimizing placements on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign results, extract insights, and refine strategies to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate branding and promotional work tied to product management to support sales growth in B2B and e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and collaborate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning and content development.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive messaging and strong brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including print advertising, online advertising sales, and e-commerce promotion.
  • Expertise with tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, HTML basics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Track record of leading integrated campaigns that combine research-driven insights with compelling copy for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results; familiarity with analytics tools to track performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear messages across multiple channels; product management experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a propensity to drive innovative solutions; B2B marketing experience is advantageous.
