Job Description

This Digital Marketing Manager role supports Mountain View Auto Group's dealership sales, service, and brand awareness through digital content, social campaigns, advertising, photography, video, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Capture and edit high quality photos and videos featuring vehicle inventory, dealership events, customer deliveries, and team activities.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital media.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to promote specials, new inventory, community events, and customer testimonials.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage the online community.
  • Analyze campaign performance with analytics tools and provide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and assist with website content updates.
  • Stay informed on evolving digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Create branding and identity systems for websites, apps, and other media assets.
  • Ensure all content complies with Mountain View brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills using industry standard software.
  • Experience managing paid social media and search advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self motivated, collaborative, and detail oriented.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with SEO and website management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing tools including Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Ability to translate business goals into digital experiences aligned with company metrics.
  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory background check, and clean driving record.
  • Digital marketing experience of 2 years required.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite in Chattanooga, TN
  • Travel: Up to 25 percent, with preference for an onsite role
