Job Description

WEI offers a competitive on-site opportunity in Salem, NH for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist. The role carries a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year and focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, boosting customer engagement, and growing the sales pipeline. You will develop professional presentations, enable sales with compelling content, optimize digital material, manage HubSpot workflows, and oversee CRM data. This position collaborates closely with sales, leadership, and technical teams and requires commuting to Salem, NH at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement, executive presentations, partner initiatives, customer meetings, webinars, and internal communications.
  • Transform technical and business concepts into visually compelling materials aligned with WEI branding standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, leadership, and technical teams to create decks that support customer engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Assist with presentation formatting, messaging consistency, and content updates across organizational materials.
  • Optimize content for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in AI driven search experiences, including blogs and thought leadership landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to support organic search performance and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Enhance content with CTAs, internal linking, metadata, structured formatting, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Monitor website and content performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and additional SEO tools; provide and execute optimization recommendations.
  • Build and manage workflows, forms, lists, email campaigns, and landing pages within HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional.
  • Support sales and marketing operations through accurate deal data entry, lifecycle stage management, contact segmentation, and CRM hygiene.
  • Create automated nurture and re-engagement campaigns to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Assist with reporting dashboards and campaign attribution tracking within HubSpot.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (search, display, YouTube).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with company leadership on audience targeting, ad copy, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Support retargeting and digital advertising initiatives across additional paid platforms when needed.
  • Manage WEI’s LinkedIn content calendar and create engaging social content that highlights thought leadership, culture, technology partnerships, and industry insights.
  • Monitor platform engagement and emerging digital trends to improve reach and performance.
  • Utilize AI assisted tools when appropriate to support content ideation and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot landing pages and WordPress site updates aligned with branding and AEO/SEO best practices.
  • Ensure website content remains current, optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Support ongoing website enhancement initiatives focused on user experience and lead conversion.
  • Support video content optimization across platforms including YouTube, Spotify for Podcasters, and Vidyard (uploads, metadata, playlists, thumbnails, captions, and channel organization).
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and transcripts to improve discoverability through SEO and AEO.
  • Monitor video engagement and performance analytics to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with industrial or technical product marketing.
  • Expert at creating professional PowerPoint presentations with strong graphic design skills.
  • Experience in online marketing, including website maintenance, email campaigns, online advertising, and social media management.
  • Proficient in either HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Sales Hub Professional, including workflows, campaign management, and contact database maintenance.
  • Proven ability to write, proofread, and edit B2B marketing content with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience generating engaging marketing content from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Experience with design tools in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital ad platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media monitoring platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate roadblocks and push initiatives forward, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Creative, design-minded problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Cultural awareness and the capacity to work with diverse teams and audiences.
  • Availability for occasional business travel.
  • No relocation offered; must be able to commute to Salem, NH at least four days per week.
