Job Description

Direct Online Marketing offers a hybrid, Pittsburgh based environment focused on growth through data driven digital marketing. In this role you will support US and LATAM clients with PPC campaigns, market readiness audits, and other digital initiatives. Expect a collaborative, accountable team guided by EOS, a no jerks policy, and ongoing training to help you advance. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish and 3–4 years of hands on PPC experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze search demand, keyword trends, and audience behavior to assess market potential
  • Identify how buyers research, compare, and engage within the client’s industry
  • Deliver a data backed audit outlining opportunities, risks, and recommended entry strategies
  • Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across search, display, and social
  • Continuously improve performance based on data rather than guesswork
  • Test, iterate, and uncover what actually works
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify what’s working and what isn’t
  • Make clear, confident recommendations to improve results
  • Monitor KPIs such as leads, revenue, and ROAS
  • Communicate performance, insights, and next steps clearly
  • Help clients understand why outcomes occur, not just what happened
  • Build trust by being reliable, proactive, and thoughtful
  • Proactively bring ideas to the table and take initiative
  • Support campaign planning and help shape direction when needed
  • Think beyond individual campaigns to drive overall growth

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands on experience executing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads required)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining performance clearly
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without letting things slip
  • Detail oriented and accountable
  • High ownership mindset; you take responsibility for your work
  • Driven and proactive; you push initiatives forward without needing direction
  • Adaptable to a fast changing space
  • Detail oriented while keeping sight of the bigger picture
  • Curious about the reasons behind performance
  • Experience with international or multilingual campaigns
  • Experience working with LATAM markets
  • Understanding of basic SEO concepts
  • Agency experience

How we work

This role is remote four days per week, with in person collaboration on Thursdays from 10am to 3pm. We operate on a standard 40 hour week with scheduling flexibility as long as core hours are covered. Occasionally you may need to adjust your schedule to support client needs, key initiatives, or campaign priorities, and you should be prepared to coordinate across US and LATAM time zones.
