Job Description

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in New York, NY, with a salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. You will lead regional marketing efforts for the Northeast across Human Capital and Risk Capital solutions, driving campaigns, branding, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and client impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Northeast regional marketing strategies for both Human Capital and Risk Capital offerings
  • Collaborate with the NA Marketing Team and sub-regional leaders to align plans with growth and retention goals
  • Communicate results and strategies to stakeholders, including the sub-region executive committee and the NA CMO
  • Integrate regional audiences into demand generation with a focus on segmentation and lead generation
  • Oversee creation and distribution of content tailored to sub-regional needs
  • Lead regional event strategy aligned to growth priorities and measure ROI
  • Define and refine the sub-region brand voice for Human Capital and Risk Capital, ensuring consistency with corporate identity
  • Lead social media campaigns to raise awareness
  • Collaborate with NA Human Capital and Risk Capital teams to influence and leverage impactful content
  • Support activation of content and manage external sub-region communications
  • Partner with the communications team to drive strategies for external and internal message amplification
  • Evaluate and measure marketing initiatives to ensure ROI, tracking performance via CRM, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with business objectives
  • Maintain strong market awareness to keep the brand relevant and competitive

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
