Retail Marketing Representative

This part-time Retail Marketing Representative position is based onsite in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, serving the Cleveland metropolitan area. The role focuses on engaging customers in-store, booking no-cost appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts, and earning base pay plus commissions through a paid training program.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers directly in retail environments to build interest
• Schedule no-cost consultations with a Renewal by Andersen window expert
• Represent the program at premier retail and event partner locations
• Participate in paid training and apply the proven marketing methodology to drive success
• Provide feedback and information recaps to the team to guide next steps

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine people person
• Motivated to help expand the Renewal by Andersen footprint
• Dedicated and dependable team player
• Available a minimum of 18 hours per week, including a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
