Field Marketing Supervisor - Events & Retail

Join Renewal by Andersen as a field marketing leader who drives non-media lead generation and local awareness through events, showrooms, partnerships, retail programs, and community engagement. This role centers on hands-on coaching, strategic collaboration, and building a high-performing team, with responsibilities that span planning, execution, and measurable results. It is a full-time, on-the-road position based in Brainerd, MN, offering a salary range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year and opportunities to grow across a nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field coaching, training, and participate in booth activity.
• Recruit and interview prospective team members.
• Deliver classroom training on messaging, rebuttals, and established processes and procedures.
• Manage the department calendar; negotiate with event sponsors and external vendors to secure space and maximize value; oversee participation in events, sponsorships, retail partnerships, and lead-generation opportunities aligned with objectives; handle on-site administration and resource oversight.
• Collaborate with internal partners within Renewal to drive results.
• Communicate results and strategy to management.
• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Retail Marketing Reps (15+).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Experience in sales/marketing, event planning, and/or managing sales or retail teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with solid project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership abilities.
