Event and Retail Marketing Associate

Join Renewal by Andersen for a benefits-forward role in event and retail marketing. This onsite position in Appleton, WI, puts you on the road across Wisconsin promoting Renewal by Andersen at events and in retail venues. You’ll generate leads, engage homeowners, and support the setup and takedown of tables and booths. Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure appointments at events including trade shows, fairs, festivals, RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
• Engage homeowners in conversation to spark interest and educate them about our products
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and takedown of tables, booths, totes, tents, and related materials

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Assertive, self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and results orientation
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
• Experience in solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to fit tent inside
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and load equipment into a vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods
