Event Marketing Brand Ambassador

On site promotional role supporting Renewal by Andersen at partner locations, engaging shoppers and scheduling no-cost consultations, with a flexible part-time schedule and base pay plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renewal by Andersen on site at premier partner locations, delivering a professional brand experience to prospects.
• Interact with store visitors, discuss needs, and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Participate in paid training and apply our proven marketing methodology to drive appointment setting and brand awareness.
• Provide timely feedback and recap information to the team to inform next steps and optimize outreach efforts.

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $17 - $45 per hour, plus commissions.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Motivated to help expand the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
• Reliable, dedicated team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Availability of at least 18 hours per week, including a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
