Event and Retail Marketing Representative (Hourly base pay plus uncapped bonuses)

Based in Appleton, WI (onsite), this Events and Retail Marketing Representative travels across Wisconsin to generate leads and promote Renewal by Andersen's products at events, RSVP dinners, and retail locations, with hourly base pay plus generous bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule appointments at events such as trade shows, fairs, and festivals, RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
• Engage homeowners in informative conversations to spark interest and educate them about Renewal by Andersen products
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of tables, booths, totes, tents, and related display materials

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Assertive, self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with reliable transportation; able to fit tents and related equipment for transport
• Available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and load equipment into a vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods
