Event and Retail Marketing Representative (Hourly wage plus generous bonuses!)

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an on-site Event and Retail Marketing Representative to travel across Wisconsin, connecting with homeowners at events, trade shows, and retail locations to introduce energy-efficient solutions. This role combines hands-on event support with direct conversations that generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote our products, all while earning an hourly wage with generous bonuses. The position is based in Waukesha, WI, and requires calendar availability that includes weekends to support a dynamic field marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule appointments at events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources.
• Engage homeowners in conversations to create interest and educate them on the products we offer.
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and takedown of tables, booths, totes tents, and related materials.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Assertive, self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields.
• Experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to fit a tent inside the vehicle.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and load equipment into a vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
