Job Description

Join Renewal by Andersen in Worcester, MA for an onsite part-time role that blends retail presence with event marketing, backed by a strong culture and clear paths for growth. You will earn between $18.68 and $20.01 per hour, plus uncapped weekly bonuses, with many representatives averaging $25–$30 per hour when incentives are included. Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and participate in in-person events and retail activations
  • Communicate brand identity and product information to attendees
  • Aim to meet or exceed appointment-setting and quality targets within system guidelines
  • Provide empathetic, world-class service to every customer and co-worker
  • Join weekly or bi-weekly team meetings
