Sales Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door Marketing)

Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Sales Appointment Setter to support its Design team by meeting homeowners in residential neighborhoods and scheduling in-home consultation appointments. This onsite door-to-door role is based out of the Waukesha, WI office and focuses on presenting window and door solutions while qualifying interest and addressing objections.

What you’ll be doing

• Report daily to the Waukesha office and take part in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally while canvassing residential neighborhoods
• Start conversations with homeowners about their windows and doors
• Provide clear product information using engaging, interactive presentations
• Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals consistently

Schedule and location

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
• Location: Onsite in Waukesha, WI, reporting daily to the office and traveling in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods

Compensation and performance expectations

• Pay type: Performance based pay with bonuses
• Hourly base: USD 20 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $500
• Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses
• Wage increases: as early as your first 90 days
• Typical performer yearly earnings: $55,000-$60,000
• Top performer yearly earnings: $65,000-$85,000+

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required
