Event and Retail Marketing Representative

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Event and Retail Marketing Representative to support brand growth across Wisconsin. This onsite role combines event presence with retail interaction to build rapport, speak with homeowners, and generate qualified leads. The position includes travel for event assignments, plus preparation and setup responsibilities before and after each outing.

What You Will Do

• Generate leads and appointments at events including trade shows, fairs, and festivals, as well as RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
• Engage homeowners in conversation to create interest and educate them on the products offered
• Assist with the preparation, set-up, and take-down of event equipment such as tables, booths, totes, tents, and related materials

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a brand ambassador at public-facing locations and events, focusing on lead generation and meaningful homeowner conversations. You will also support day-of event execution by helping with staging, setup, and teardown of equipment.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented approach
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field
• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to fit a tent inside a vehicle
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and load equipment into a vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Compensation and Location

Location: Waukesha, WI (onsite)
Pay: USD 18 per hour plus generous bonuses

Working Schedule
