Job Description

Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with hybrid work flexibility, this marketing leadership role offers USD 50,000 - 90,000 per year and focuses on growing patient volume, expanding the brand, building partnerships, and supporting mobile and clinic services.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans to grow patient volume for both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Design and oversee campaigns directed at patients, referral sources, employers, and community partners.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including search optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, site optimization, and content strategy.
  • Grow and manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional platforms.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, patient education materials, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Administer CRM and marketing automation to boost patient engagement and lead generation.
  • Coordinate public relations activities, media outreach, and community awareness campaigns.
  • Plan and support community events, employer wellness programs, and outreach across Florida.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Oversee external vendors including photographers, designers, printers, advertising agencies, and media partners.
  • Forecast and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Recruit, mentor, and guide future marketing team members as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of healthcare marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in a dermatology practice or dermatology organization (required).
  • Proven success creating and executing marketing campaigns for medical practices.
  • Strong knowledge of dermatology services, including medical dermatology, skin cancer screening, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and patient education.
  • Experience marketing to both patients (B2C) and healthcare/business partners (B2B).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a healthcare organization.
  • Understanding of healthcare advertising guidelines and HIPAA compliant marketing practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
