Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator role at LAFACE & MCGOVERN is an entry-level position supporting marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand presence and increase marketing impact across Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This onsite role focuses on digital and print communications, customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and specification teams to support growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth and brand awareness.
- Manage company websites and social media platforms, including email campaigns and newsletters, as well as other digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing content such as presentations, brochures, graphics, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Support brand consistency across customer-facing and internal communications.
- Coordinate trade shows, customer events, educational presentations, and manufacturer visits.
- Collaborate with sales and specification teams to produce marketing materials, project case studies, and customer success stories.
- Oversee creation and ongoing maintenance of company websites and digital assets.
- Manage customer and prospect databases and track marketing campaign performance.
- Coordinate co-branded marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns with represented manufacturers.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of marketing experience, with internships and co-op experience encouraged.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with social media platforms, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Interest in the construction, engineering, architecture, lighting, electrical, or technology industries.
- Self-starter approach with positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Creative and organized work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: USD 50,000 to 55,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
