Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Shea Homes is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing for active and upcoming communities across Orange County, CA. This onsite role coordinates digital and print marketing execution and works closely with the sales team under the direction of the V.P. of Sales & Marketing. What you will do
- Create digital marketing assets including interactive floorplans, renderings, site plans, DSA applications, and virtual tours/videos in line with corporate standards and approved vendors.
- Support community branding efforts such as product naming, logos, branding, and advertising campaigns in partnership with the V.P. of Sales & Marketing and outside consultants.
- Coordinate the design and production of printed materials including brochures, collateral, registration cards, tabletop signs, business cards, and flyers, maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Act as a point of contact by attending meetings and coordinating advertising efforts with master developers.
- Manage content for active and upcoming communities on sheahomes.com, ensuring pricing and community information are accurate and updated on time.
- Coordinate community advertising and marketing across email, newspaper ads, social media accounts and ads, paid search remarketing, text marketing, sponsorships, and PR stories.
- Obtain legal department approval for email and digital advertising (including blogs and social media posts) and ensure printed materials include current legal disclaimers.
- Manage relationships with consultants and vendors across advertising, social media, paid search, promotional support, interior designers, signage, event production, and model maintenance.
- Manage community budgets for fixed assets and selling expenses, including quarterly reviews with the V.P. of Finance and Division President.
- Coordinate production and inventory for Shea-branded materials and promotional items such as pens, bags, keychains, floormats, and more.
- Support photography and videography workflows, including matterport tours and uploading/maintaining assets within the corporate Digital Asset Management system.
- Schedule marketing meetings for model homes, take and distribute notes, and attend model walks including frame, drywall, finish, and final to confirm marketing and model/sales office execution.
- Prepare and execute contracts for model and sales office furniture and merchandising, including lease agreements for restrooms and sales trailers.
- Coordinate installation and procurement of model furnishings and supplies, including items such as light fixtures, fitness equipment, and game tables.
- Coordinate signage and promotional installations including model signage and flags, billboards, fence banners, and weekend sign or balloon services.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for model homes and sales offices including cleaning, pest control, landscape maintenance, pool/fountain service, music service, and plant service.
- Manage inventory and transportation of sales golf carts including DMV registration and insurance.
- Support the closing gift program by coordinating and placing orders as requested by the sales team.
- Coordinate and execute customer and broker events, including grand openings, sales promotions, previews, and site tours.
- Support customer communications such as closing and contract party invitations and presentations.
- Process and code department invoices, and ensure the Online Sales Team or call center has current information on availability, phase releases, appointment scheduling, and prequalification steps.
- Attend monthly corporate interdivisional marketing team meetings, participate in sheahomes.com testing for development and enhancements, and prepare submissions for industry awards.
- Represent Shea Homes at various industry events.
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of office and sales administration or marketing coordination experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with senior level management preferred.
- Customer service mindset, serving as a “goodwill ambassador” for the Sales & Marketing department with external and internal customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and familiarity with Enterprise 1, Salesforce, and Canva.
- Familiarity with AI models such as CoPilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines with strong time management, organization, and follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with consistent follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at a high level of performance.

Work environment
