Luxury Global Brand Marketing Strategy Manager (contract)
Job Description
Contract role with Hilton's luxury brand division in McLean, VA (hybrid) to shape and execute global brand marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns across the luxury portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of core brand programs to ensure alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and luxury portfolio priorities.
- Support global brand website initiatives, including hotel onboarding, content updates, and coordination with digital and web teams for optimization.
- Help roll out brand positioning and identity across the Conrad portfolio, maintain governance, and act as a primary contact for field inquiries while advising on identity applications across multiple luxury brands.
- Aid in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns through project management, cross-functional coordination, and partnerships with internal teams and external agencies.
- Create clear, compelling presentations that communicate brand performance, campaign impact, and key initiatives to stakeholders across functions, regions, and hotel leadership.
- Collaborate with B2B and commercial teams to align on luxury brand strategy and enable pull-through into key channels, including industry events and luxury travel advisors.
- Serve as a central liaison among internal teams, agencies, and hotel stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality execution across initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams concurrently with meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaign development within the luxury or super-premium space.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, and hotel stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently within a small, high-performing team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
