Job Description

As the first Growth Marketing Manager at Nacre Capital, you will build a growth engine that helps Family Health Checker become easy to find and dependable across search, paid channels, parenting communities, and AI answer experiences. The work prioritizes credibility and privacy-safe, compliant marketing for children’s health information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end organic search strategy, producing plain-language, high-utility content that addresses the questions parents ask, while maintaining a strong, fast technical SEO foundation.
  • Lead AI Answer Optimization across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and AI Overviews using structured data. Maintain the public llms.txt and build credible third-party corroboration to support FDNA eligibility, usefulness, and cite-worthiness.
  • Manage Google Ads and paid social channels, including strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, landing page optimization, and ongoing campaign iteration.
  • Optimize campaigns around cost-per-qualified-family, measured through real product events. Partner with engineering and legal teams to ensure strict, privacy-safe tracking compliance for sensitive health pages.
  • Grow an authentic, value-first footprint in key parenting communities such as Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok/Shorts, using a transparent brand identity and strict adherence to community guidelines.
  • Oversee FDNA’s professional presence on LinkedIn and X, crafting clinician-facing messaging related to Face2Gene.
  • Establish and maintain social escalation protocols to respond to comments and direct messages helpfully while staying within regulatory boundaries.
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships with parent advocates, developmental pediatrics educators, genetic counselors, and advocacy organizations.
  • Ensure compliant execution for all campaigns, including clear disclosures, written briefs with approved claims, privacy boundaries for family stories, and medical review prior to amplification.
  • Track and report weekly funnel metrics from initial click through assessment completion and clinician report sharing, focusing on engagement quality rather than volume alone.
  • Manage the content calendar, contractor pipeline, and claims library, ensuring all marketing assets pass through strict clinical and legal review before going live.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in digital, growth, or performance marketing, including at least one channel you owned end to end with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and content, including building pages that earn organic traffic and being able to explain performance drivers.
  • Comfort across search intent, site structure, and page performance.
  • Hands-on paid search experience, including personally running and optimizing a Google Ads budget.
  • Ability to identify what a bad account looks like from direct experience.
  • Evidence of real community participation, including posting under your own name and understanding the difference between contributing and broadcasting.
  • Experience earning trust on platforms such as Reddit, including the ability to describe how it was built.
  • Treat health-adjacent data as sensitive by default.
  • Recognition that content mentioning a child’s development can be a legal question, with willingness to raise concerns rather than assume alignment.
  • Comfort owning the full function for the first stretch, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to direct contractors without a team hierarchy on day one.
