Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

Build the brand and drive growth with MediPlan Wellness Clinic and Medspa. This hands-on Brand & Growth Marketing Manager role is based onsite in Bartlett, TN and focuses on scaling presence across the Memphis area through social content, local community marketing, and GoHighLevel automation. You will coordinate with outside partners and use AI tools to support campaigns, content, templates, reports, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across the clinic’s social media platforms.
• Visit MediPlan clinics in the Memphis area to capture photos, videos, and social content.
• Monitor and respond to social comments, messages, and mentions.
• Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure all content follows HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
• Build and manage email, SMS, workflows, automations, forms, and campaigns in GoHighLevel.
• Improve lead capture, nurture, and marketing automation processes.
• Identify and coordinate local events, health fairs, Chamber of Commerce opportunities, and community partnerships.
• Represent MediPlan at local events and help manage event logistics and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with outside marketing partners on Meta and Google Business Profiles campaigns, creative assets, and lead quality.
• Track and report key marketing metrics.
• Use AI tools to help create campaigns, content, templates, reports, and internal processes.
• Apply strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills to manage competing priorities.

Requirements

• Previous professional marketing experience.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required.
• Social media and content creation experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating basic photo, video, or short-form social content.
• Comfortable using Canva or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the Memphis metro area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced GoHighLevel workflow and automation experience.
• Healthcare, wellness, medical, or medical-spa marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Business Profiles.
• Experience working with outside marketing agencies.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing.
• Community event or Chamber of Commerce experience.
• Short-form video editing or graphic design experience.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
