Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager at RELYCO leads customer acquisition through integrated campaigns, trade shows, and multi-channel demand generation to drive revenue growth. The role plans and executes initiatives across email, digital, print, events, and partnerships in collaboration with sales and external vendors to align programs with pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RELYCO's trade show and event marketing strategy from concept through execution and post-event follow-up
  • Oversee all aspects of trade shows including logistics, booth coordination, vendor management, promotional materials, travel coordination, and lead tracking
  • Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital, print, and social media channels
  • Design and optimize email marketing programs, nurture workflows, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Manage paid advertising initiatives such as PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing programs support lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Analyze campaign and event performance, delivering actionable insights and ROI reporting
  • Create compelling content and messaging for campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, trade show materials, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate direct mail and print marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI tools to improve performance and operational efficiency
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Strong background in digital marketing, email marketing, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with print marketing and direct mail campaigns is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging marketing technologies is preferred
