Responsibilities

  • Create charts, graphics, and visual assets to support presentations and marketing materials
  • Develop and refine Excel charts to meet presentation and Compliance standards
  • Produce invitations, market updates, commentaries, and related collateral
  • Maintain Clark Capital's websites, including ccmg.com and navigatorfunds.com
  • Edit and produce marketing and educational videos
  • Oversee Compliance review and approval workflows
  • Serve as power user and administrator on marketing technology platforms and propose improvements or new solutions where appropriate
  • Create and deploy email communications; manage lists, forms, and automations
  • Upload and manage marketing materials across internal and external distribution channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing and communications needs
  • Learn and maintain proprietary tools that support marketing material creation and distribution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, or Communications
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience with exposure to digital marketing
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and style clean, responsive web interfaces and custom email templates
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Seismic, WordPress, and related tools is a plus
  • Understanding of APIs and general technology experience is a plus
  • Asset management experience is preferred
