Responsibilities

Create charts, graphics, and visual assets to support presentations and marketing materials
Develop and refine Excel charts to meet presentation and Compliance standards
Produce invitations, market updates, commentaries, and related collateral
Maintain Clark Capital's websites, including ccmg.com and navigatorfunds.com
Edit and produce marketing and educational videos
Oversee Compliance review and approval workflows
Serve as power user and administrator on marketing technology platforms and propose improvements or new solutions where appropriate
Create and deploy email communications; manage lists, forms, and automations
Upload and manage marketing materials across internal and external distribution channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing and communications needs
Learn and maintain proprietary tools that support marketing material creation and distribution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, or Communications
2+ years of graphic design experience with exposure to digital marketing
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and style clean, responsive web interfaces and custom email templates
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Seismic, WordPress, and related tools is a plus
Understanding of APIs and general technology experience is a plus
Asset management experience is preferred
