Job Description

Lead the Email Marketing & Blast Division in the Dallas office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing campaigns targeting lawyers based on client hiring needs.
  • Create and curate contact lists using our extensive database of lawyers.
  • Send mass emails daily and monitor response statistics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Marketing team to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
  • Follow market trends, track partner moves, and monitor successful campaigns for future reference.
  • Adapt to evolving technology and strive for higher response and read rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable four-year college, minimum GPA 3.3.
  • Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute with high accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  • Very detail oriented, highly organized, and methodical.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, collaborates well in a team, and welcomes constructive feedback.

Work Environment

  • In Person Role at our Dallas Texas Office
  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST, aligned with East Coast hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on client needs
