Job Description
Denim Coffee Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own content creation, design, and strategy from its Chambersburg headquarters. The role collaborates with outside ad agencies, produces multimedia content, and involves travel across Central Pennsylvania to support Denim Coffee’s marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital ads in coordination with outside ad agencies
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to develop targeted B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely engagement with followers
- Create and customize landing pages or email templates to enhance user experience
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, analytics, performance marketing, e commerce strategies, and emerging advertising platforms
Requirements
- Content creation (photo/video)
- Design (website, printed materials, product labels)
- Social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation and campaign strategy
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copywriting that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels
- Skilled in graphic design for creating visual assets that enhance campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement

Overview
Pay: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday, based at the headquarters in Chambersburg, PA with no remote option
