Job Description

The role carries a salary range of $54,500 to $68,000 annually and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Under the oversight of the SVP/Director of Channel Marketing, develop, manage, and execute all phases of TruStone's digital marketing and website initiatives.
  • Create, execute, support, and track all digital marketing efforts, while maintaining and continuously improving the website to grow the TruStone Financial brand.
  • Serve as a key contact and subject matter expert on website and digital marketing, and help develop additional digital channels that align with the overall marketing and strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a digital marketing role, including content management systems (CMS), digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • General HTML knowledge and ability; familiarity with other web and digital marketing languages and terminology.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager; certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with website content management systems, digital marketing tools, with WordPress experience a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of personal finance topics and credit union products and practices preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to create professional correspondence with appropriate editing and tone.
  • Ability to contribute to and/or lead teams and large-scale projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, work well under changing timelines, and be self-motivated while collaborating with a team.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
  • Technologies: HTML, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS).
