Job Description

pc/nametag is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive traffic, leads, and customer growth across search, email, social, and marketing automation while leading a team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the digital marketing engine to attract traffic, generate leads, and grow the customer base.
  • Balance data driven strategy with creative execution across search, email, social, and marketing automation.
  • Partner with your team to connect online efforts with offline initiatives.
  • Grow and lead a high performing team, ensuring campaigns appear in the right places at the right times with a cohesive voice.
  • Review performance dashboards each morning for search, email, SEO, and paid social to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns, refine keywords, and test ad copy to improve conversions while managing CPC.
  • Evaluate email campaigns A/B test results in HubSpot, apply learnings, and plan the next nurture flow to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate on content ideas, social strategy, promotions, and campaign timing, and perform SEO research in SEMrush for the next big idea.
  • Analyze performance and prepare insights for stakeholders, translating metrics into actionable recommendations and next steps.
  • End the day with clear progress toward growth and a more powerful marketing engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of hands on digital marketing experience; ecommerce or online retail experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years as a people first leader who coaches, mentors, and develops high performing teams.
  • Strategic marketer who owns the digital roadmap and aligns online and offline initiatives with business goals.
  • Hands on SEO and AEO experience with tools like SEMrush to boost visibility in traditional and answer based search.
  • Experience running paid search and paid social campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Proficient with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business.
  • Expert in email marketing, owning strategy, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Experience using and maintaining marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Data driven with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
  • Clear, confident communicator who collaborates well and drives projects to completion.
