Job Description

Youth Villages in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the digital and creative marketing efforts for its foster care program. This onsite role collaborates with internal teams to develop campaigns, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable improvements that boost program visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Leads digital and creative marketing efforts for Youth Villages initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create and implement marketing strategies that support program visibility.
  • Supports multiple digital channels, including social media, email, video, web, creative assets, and paid media.
  • Attends local events as needed to assist with program needs and capture real-time content.
  • Manages project timelines and approvals using the organization’s project management system.
  • Monitors and reports on digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy and increase impact.
  • Provides general administrative support to the digital communications team.
  • Researches, coordinates, and supports special projects and new digital initiatives.
  • Performs related duties to support the team and mission.
  • Develops project plans, timelines, and milestones to align with campaign goals.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for project communications with stakeholders, delivering updates and facilitating feedback sessions.
  • Fosters cross-functional collaboration by organizing project kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, and internal review meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, or social media.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing digital campaigns with clear goals and measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback loops across teams.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as email marketing systems and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Experience using Wrike or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for content capture or event support as needed.
