  • Write across every format, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, web copy, scripts, captions, and print copy.
  • Find and tell stories from people we serve, volunteers, donors, employers, and the nonprofits funded through grantmaking.

  • Create on-brand graphics, flyers, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Build and maintain web content in WordPress and Elementor, including blogs, landing pages, and forms.

  • Manage multiple campaigns at once, handling planning, production, launch, and recap.
  • Strengthen team workflows to better take in, prioritize, and deliver requests.
  • Coordinate across departments, vendors, and creative contributors to keep work on time and on brand.
  • Organize files, photos, and brand assets so they remain easy to find and reuse.
  • Act as a go-to problem solver for digital tools, platforms, websites, and workflow issues.
  • Identify root causes, resolve issues or route them to the right person, and document solutions.
  • Spot recurring problems and recommend better ways of working.
  • Set goals for digital channels and track progress against them.
  • Report regularly on what’s working, what isn’t, and what comes next.
  • Use data and audience insight to inform smarter content decisions.
