Job Description

A creative and strategic Brand and Content Marketing Director to shape the voice, content, and community for a growing ecommerce brand across email, newsletters, social channels, and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a unified brand voice across all customer touchpoints
  • Write compelling copy for campaigns, product promotions, and customer communications
  • Create engaging content that reflects the company values and strengthens customer loyalty
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and identity
  • Manage and grow social media presence on key platforms
  • Develop content that drives engagement and customer interaction
  • Build a stronger sense of community around the brand
  • Monitor trends and customer conversations to identify storytelling opportunities
  • Coordinate promotional content, user generated content, and brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
  • Identify opportunities to boost brand recognition and customer engagement
  • Contribute to long term brand and content strategy development
  • Plan, write, and execute promotional email campaigns and newsletters
  • Develop content calendars for seasonal promotions, launches, and ongoing engagement
  • Manage customer segmentation and scheduling of campaigns
  • Improve open rates, click-through rates, and retention metrics
  • Collaborate on lifecycle marketing strategies including welcome flows, abandoned cart, and post-purchase communications

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, or social media management
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve output quality
  • Understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement
  • Ability to create organized marketing calendars and campaign schedules
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
