AmeriPharma is building a digital marketing team where strong brand storytelling matters. This onsite role in Laguna Hills, CA supports patient-focused communication and collaboration across marketing, design, and strategy. You’ll have the space to own the voice behind campaigns, improve content quality through iteration, and contribute to work that aligns with AmeriPharma’s mission of compassion and care.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:30PM with 1 designated WFH day per week
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year
What you’ll do
- Write clear, persuasive, audience-focused copy for marketing campaigns and print materials.
- Own and evolve brand copy guidelines including tone and messaging standards to strengthen AmeriPharma’s brand voice.
- Work closely with designers and marketing strategists to develop cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Create platform-specific content that supports marketing goals while keeping the brand voice consistent and engaging.
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring high-quality output and delivery against deadlines.
- Contribute strategic input on content hierarchy and design to improve clarity and engagement.
- Refine and iterate messaging using feedback and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content meets brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct research on industry trends, platform best practices, and competitor strategies to inform content decisions.
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience producing clean, compelling content across digital and print.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to adapt messaging across diverse platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Experience writing UX copy for digital products, including user flows, CTAs, error messages, notifications, and other in-product content.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance content creation.
- Knowledge of general marketing strategies and principles.
- Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills, with the ability to translate input into clear, audience-focused content.
