This onsite, full‑time role centers on leading forecasting, building a high‑performing sales and marketing team, and directing strategic marketing initiatives within the RV sector. Based in Nappanee, Indiana, you will shape dealer and distributor relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and drive sales achievements while fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for the sales of Class C and Towable units.
  • Develops effective sales incentive programs which support company’s goals for growth.
  • Directs, builds, develops, and manages a sales and marketing team.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Develops and executes marketing initiatives and promotional activities to support the company.
  • Presents, promotes, and sells products/services to existing and prospective dealers/retailers.
  • Directs market analysis of local competition to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Achieves sales targets and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales experience in the RV industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the RV industry or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of RV products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
