Role overview
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Marketing and Content Specialist to create compelling content, oversee video production, and manage social media. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Danbury, CT, with a compensation range of USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand our social media footprint across multiple platforms
- Plan, shoot, and produce video content featuring Realtors, Mortgage Loan Originators, and company leadership
- Edit video assets for social channels, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
- Develop engaging content including videos, graphics, social posts, blogs, and email campaigns
- Build and manage a content calendar to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Publish and schedule content across all social media channels
- Track engagement, analyze campaign performance, and optimize results
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with team members to promote products, services, events, and educational content
- Drive marketing projects from concept through execution and reporting
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience shooting and editing video content for social media and digital platforms
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, or related industries is a plus
