Job Description

Smart Communications Collier Inc is seeking a Marketing & Creative Content Manager to lead marketing and branding efforts while producing high-quality content that brings the company’s technology to life. This onsite role combines video and social content production with campaign planning, performance tracking, and close collaboration with leadership, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit original videos, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, company stories, and social media content.
  • Transform raw footage into finished assets for the company website, LinkedIn, other social channels, and customer outreach.
  • Enhance visual branding across video, graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  • Generate fresh content ideas, write scripts and captions, and guide projects from concept through publication.
  • Track content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership and coordinate with product and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating videos you personally filmed and edited.
  • Experience using professional editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Confidence operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing campaigns.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Ability to work on-site at the company’s Seminole headquarters.
