Job Description
Our Cozy Corner offers an onsite Social Media and Marketing Manager role in Byron, MN with a competitive hourly rate of USD 25.00 - 35.00. This position focuses on growing our women’s fashion brand across digital channels, crafting engaging content, and connecting with diverse audiences. The role thrives in a fast paced environment that values creative storytelling, brand consistency, and collaborative partnerships with influencers and media partners.

Schedule: Day shift, in-person
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements that reflect the brand voice and goals.
- Monitor social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, using insights to refine tactics.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and other paid channels to maximize reach and return on investment.
- Use scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer and analyze performance with Google Analytics and related web analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Lead product launch campaigns to generate viral awareness for new brands.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to amplify brand visibility through public relations efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design; video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager; experience in e-commerce marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategy adjustments; detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
- Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
