Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Riedl and Son Exterior Specialists offers an onsite, full-time Marketing Coordinator role that centers on growing community engagement, coordinating local events, and producing branded content. Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate local events, fairs, festivals, and potential sponsorships to boost brand visibility.
- Plan and execute booth setups, logistics, and promotional activities that reinforce a strong brand presence.
- Represent the company at community events, engage with attendees, distribute swag, and capture attendee information.
- Cultivate relationships with event organizers, local businesses, and community partners.
- Grow and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Produce content that spotlights projects, customer success stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and community involvement.
- Capture and edit short-form videos for social channels, including reels, stories, event clips, and project highlights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and goals.
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
- Work with the CMO to plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and branded assets.
- Bring creative ideas to amplify the company’s presence in the market.
Requirements
- Outgoing, comfortable engaging with people at events.
- Tech-savvy with experience managing social media platforms.
- Basic video editing skills; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for events and meetings.
- Prior marketing or event coordination experience is preferred.
