Job Description

Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC offers a regional leadership role in Verona, Wisconsin that focuses on growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in senior living communities across Dane County. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans designed to sustain optimal occupancy levels.
  • Provide training and hands-on support to community directors to meet occupancy targets.
  • Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Foster relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and local organizations to generate leads and boost visibility.
  • Manage regional advertising campaigns, budgets, and events to maximize return on investment and exposure.
  • Travel across the region to support communities on-site and evaluate marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive directors and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

Compensation Package

  • Base Wage: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and education
  • Commission: Competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission plan tied to move-in revenue and occupancy growth, with substantial earning potential for high-performing sales leaders

  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the assigned region; a valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.
