Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans designed to sustain optimal occupancy levels.
- Provide training and hands-on support to community directors to meet occupancy targets.
- Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Foster relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and local organizations to generate leads and boost visibility.
- Manage regional advertising campaigns, budgets, and events to maximize return on investment and exposure.
- Travel across the region to support communities on-site and evaluate marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive directors and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Requirements

Compensation Package
- Base Wage: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and education
- Commission: Competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission plan tied to move-in revenue and occupancy growth, with substantial earning potential for high-performing sales leaders
