Job Description

The Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living will support communities across an assigned region and report to the Director of Marketing. This position is remote based in Des Moines, IA, with travel requirements of up to 50%, including possible overnight trips.

Role Overview

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day regional marketing coordination activities, including conducting site visits, completing weekly and quarterly reporting, and partnering with community teams to drive census growth. You will collaborate with leads and help strengthen processes through on-site walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee communities in the assigned region and report to the Director of Marketing
  • Conduct site visits

Required Qualifications

  • Fire and passion for working with seniors
  • Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, including lead generation and conversion
  • Proven success establishing strategic partnerships required
  • Evidence of a local referral network to develop referrals
  • Able and willing to travel, including overnight travel required
  • Deep commitment to team-oriented outcomes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Professional image in appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
