Job Description

Drive digital demand and revenue across the Highgate Hawaii regional portfolio by improving ecommerce, website performance, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring of day-to-day health, accuracy, and performance of property websites, booking engines, and public-facing digital platforms
  • Support regular updates to website content assets to reflect business objectives, seasonality, promotions, and key property selling points while maintaining site health and digital strategy
  • Coordinate with CMS and web development vendors to implement site updates, fixes, and enhancements
  • Help identify new opportunities for digital revenue drivers and optimization opportunities that improve the customer journey
  • Support SEO/GEO strategy and execution across property websites and digital content
  • Assist with auditing paid digital advertising campaigns across search, display, and social channels
  • Liaise with partner agencies to support tracking deliverables and channel performance
  • Review channel performance reporting and data analytics; provide actionable insights to Regional Marketing Managers
  • Support segmentation and performance tracking for email/CRM programs
  • Support e-marketing campaign performance and data analysis across property channels; report actionable insights to Regional Marketing Managers
  • Support monthly stakeholder reporting and assist in monitoring effective benchmarks for KPIs/ROIs across ecommerce and digital channels
  • Monitor trends in ecommerce, digital, and emerging channels; share relevant insights with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (hospitality industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing front- and back-end website content, SEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, and email/CRM programs, including ROI/KPI metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, GA4, and the E-commerce suite; working knowledge of CMS platforms and hospitality booking engines is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SEO/GEO strategy, SEM tools, paid media platforms, and email/CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across stakeholder groups (GMs, Sales and Revenue Leaders, Regional Team, Agency Partners)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple property channels simultaneously
  • Knowledge of full-funnel digital marketing and channel disciplines
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and calmly in a high-pressure, high-stress environment

  • Paid Sick Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; unused time is carried over from one anniversary year to the next up to a maximum of 80 hours (for Employees Based in California)

  • Cross-train in related areas
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Physical Requirements

  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Computer/desk work for extended periods
  • Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects

Location: Honolulu, HI (onsite)
