Remote, field-based Regional Performance Marketing Manager role with Delavan Holdings. You’ll own day-to-day digital and retail marketing performance across a portfolio of dealership locations, working closely with local leadership while partnering with centralized marketing and media teams. The focus is measurable outcomes, clear reporting, and clean OEM co-op compliance across a multi-location footprint.

- Track and report KPIs including VDP views, website traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, closing ratios, marketing spend, cost per sale, and ROI.
- Translate marketing performance data into clear recommendations for regional and dealership leadership.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and develop corrective action plans, including where and how to reallocate budget toward stronger channels.
- Manage budgets across assigned dealerships by tracking spend against regional and store-level budgets, spotting pacing issues and unused budget early.
- Partner directly with General Managers, sales leaders, and fixed-operations leaders to align marketing programs with inventory levels, sales objectives, service capacity, seasonal opportunities, and local market conditions.
- Provide regular performance reviews and recommendations to store leadership.
- Oversee OEM marketing requirements and co-op compliance, maintaining accurate documentation that is audit-ready and tracking deadlines to keep campaigns compliant.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing agencies, technology partners, and third-party vendors; monitor performance and hold partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor online reviews, CSI, and customer sentiment across assigned locations using platforms such as Kenect and other reputation tools; recommend actions to improve ratings, review performance, and customer sentiment.
- Track store-level social activity and posting frequency, and monitor compliance with company and FTC requirements.
- Coordinate regional and store-level execution within a structured campaign operating model while managing multiple campaigns, locations, and deadlines.
What you bring
