Job Description
Within Kolter Homes, the Marketing Specialist coordinates marketing projects, oversees asset management and workflows, and sustains brand consistency across campaigns, events, and on-site experiences. The role supports daily marketing operations by maintaining organized processes, timelines, and clear cross-team communication.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist contributes to the effective execution of marketing initiatives and elevates the brand experience across multiple touchpoints. This role manages the intake and tracking of projects, maintains organized asset libraries, and ensures consistent execution of processes, timelines, and communications among marketing teams and partner stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer intake of marketing requests and monitor projects, timelines, and deliverables in the project management system.
- Meet deadlines and promptly identify and escalate risks or delays to preserve project momentum.
- Assist with integrated campaigns spanning digital channels, print collateral, events, and on-site experiences.
- Support brand execution and adherence to brand standards, collaborating with agencies as assigned.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives for individual communities, including launches, grand openings, and lifestyle programs.
- Coordinate on-site signage, sales center displays, and collateral logistics.
- Plan and coordinate photography and video projects.
- Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
- Support the communication plan and rollout of marketing initiatives across teams.
- Oversee development and execution of core product assets, including floor plans, static and interactive site plans, and related visuals.
- Coordinate updates as offerings evolve, including new plans, elevations, and community changes, collaborating with architecture, purchasing, and internal teams to maintain accuracy of home designs and specifications.
- Assist in establishing and enforcing marketing processes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries for easy access and reuse.
- Help standardize templates for briefs, campaigns, reporting, and communications.
- Coordinate meetings, set agendas, and track approvals to ensure timely progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand sectors.
- Strong eye for design, brand consistency, and accuracy.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and managing creative deliverables.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with floorplans, site plans, or real estate product marketing is a plus.
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning, testing, and refining processes and performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Location
Palm Beach Gardens, FL, onsite. This position requires in-person work at the designated site.
