Job Description
The Marketing Manager at Innovative Refrigeration Systems will drive growth by strengthening the marketing function across all business units and affiliated brands. The role oversees day-to-day marketing execution, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and demand-generation results.

Compensation
USD 85,000 - 120,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee the go-to-market strategy and marketing roadmap for the core engineering, construction, and aftermarket industrial refrigeration business, along with enterprise B2B SaaS offerings. This includes website properties, paid search and social campaigns, reviews and case studies, audience insights, sales and print collateral, tradeshow presence, and social media management.
- Develop a thought leadership content program for Innovative and its subsidiary SaaS services, encompassing blogs, case studies, testimonials, and videos.
- Lead marketing strategy across multiple channels, including messaging, paid campaigns, inbound demand generation, print and web media, and partner co-marketing.
- Build and maintain the marketing stack including analytics, automation, and CRM; supervise agencies, contractors, and internal staff as needed while quantifying overall impact.
- Plan and execute logistics and strategy for multi-industry tradeshows and customer or partner events to maximize visibility for the company.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to share competitive and industry insights, monitor market trends, discuss pricing, and deliver sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, digital, content, or design roles.
- Experience delivering complex marketing projects from planning through execution.
- Experience managing complex web properties and CMS systems such as Webflow.
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market messaging for technical products.
- Experience coordinating creative vendors and contractors.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as needed.
