Product Manager, Marketing Technology
Job Description
Global Partners is building marketing technology that improves customer experiences across physical and digital channels. In this hybrid role in Waltham, MA, you will lead the strategy and delivery of MarTech products and integrations that connect customer data, event collection, attribution, and personalized engagement.
What you’ll do
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing technology initiatives, including CDP, CRM, and mobile application integrations.
- Drive the product roadmap by prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Define and prioritize the product vision and roadmap for customer data, event collection, and attribution systems, supporting acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
- Partner with retail operations and marketing teams to ensure MarTech enhances in-store experiences and increases customer engagement and foot traffic.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging marketing technologies to support competitive advantage in the retail landscape.
- Oversee MarTech system integration to create a unified customer profile and deliver personalized content and offers.
- Lead cross-functional teams through implementation and iteration of marketing technology tools and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, integrations, and technology workflows.
- Establish success metrics for marketing technology initiatives and report on KPIs and performance outcomes.
- Champion data-driven decision-making using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product strategy.
- Enhance data quality and trust by building scalable mechanisms for reliable event collection and accurate attribution.
- Strengthen the product management function by sharing best practices with other PMs and squads to raise standards across Global Partners.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably focused on marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or CRM/CDP systems.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, technology, and data teams.
- Demonstrated success leading MarTech initiatives in an omnichannel retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Required skills: strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (including CDP, CRM, and marketing automation), product management experience using agile methodologies, strong stakeholder management and communication, technical proficiency with system integration, and experience in omnichannel retail environments.
- Background in consumer-focused retail, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy is highly desirable.
- Experience aligning platform work to growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
- Direct experience with customer data platforms, event collection, attribution, or related MarTech systems.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- 2+ years of product management experience in large enterprise organizations.
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering high-impact marketing technology products.

Compensation and benefits
Pay range: $118,300.00 - $177,400.00 per year.
The final offer is determined based on experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and may be modified by the Company at any time.
