Job Description
This on-site role in New York City leads sector growth across the Americas and Canada, owning strategy and hands-on execution for the US and Canada with a clear emphasis on account-centric growth, pipeline influence, large deals, and executive engagement. The position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 158,000 and requires 10+ years of progressive B2B or IT services marketing experience. Collaboration with sales and sector leaders is central to delivering high-impact programs and executive-level engagements from NYC to Canada.

Responsibilities
- Sector Marketing β Hunting & Growth: support Americas growth through targeted, account-centric programs in close partnership with sales and sector leaders
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) and demand programs for large, strategic growth accounts
- Support large deals and strategic pursuits with tailored marketing inputs to strengthen account progression
- Curate and execute bespoke, white glove customer engagements, including CXO roundtables
- Curate and execute bespoke, white glove customer engagements, including executive dinners
- Curate and execute bespoke, white glove customer engagements, including innovation forums
- Curate and execute bespoke, white glove customer engagements, including closed-door, invite-only conversations
- Ensure all executive and customer engagements link clearly to account strategy, pipeline progression, and deal outcomes
- Partner with sales to design digital-first and in-person campaigns that engage buying committees and senior decision-makers
- Track and report on outcomes such as pipeline influence, engagement quality, and campaign effectiveness
- Focus on enabling sector growth through high-impact execution and close sales alignment
- Canada Marketing (Regional Ownership): act as the primary marketing contact for Canada, delivering sector-aligned programs tailored to local priorities
- Plan and execute Canada-specific marketing initiatives aligned to sector and key account priorities
- Localize Americas and global campaigns for relevance to the Canadian market
- Run demand generation and ABM programs across priority Canadian accounts
- Support and execute executive engagements and customer events in Canada
- Partner with Canada Sales and leadership to sustain pipeline and deal momentum
- Track performance and refine programs based on feedback and outcomes
- Focus on practical execution, coordination, and measurable impact rather than new strategy alone
- Special Projects β Innovation, Brand & Community: support initiatives that boost Wiproβs industry presence, innovation credentials, and community engagement alongside core growth work
- Contribute to a strong industry and regional brand through executive positioning, thought leadership, content activation, and analyst/influencer programs
- Support participation in relevant industry forums and events
- Collaborate on ecosystem and partner marketing with hyperscalers, strategic partners, startups, and innovation hubs
- Coordinate startup, academic, and innovation collaborations tied to events, forums, or executive storytelling
- Support community, corporate social responsibility, and volunteering initiatives aligned with brand priorities
- Focus on structured participation and coordination without owning long-term ecosystem strategy
- Bottom-Line Expectation: deliver sector-lead equivalent outcomes in a regional capacity
Canada Marketing (Regional Ownership)
- Serve as the marketing lead for Canada, executing sector-aligned programs aligned to local priorities
- Plan and execute Canada-specific marketing initiatives aligned to sector and key accounts
- Localize campaigns for relevance to the Canadian market
Special Projects β Innovation, Brand & Community
- Support initiatives to strengthen industry presence, innovation credentials, and community engagement
- Contribute to executive positioning, thought leadership, content activation, and analyst/influencer programs
- Participate in strategic industry forums and events and support partner and ecosystem marketing efforts

Experience
- 10+ years of progressive B2B or IT services marketing, with at least 2+ years in demand generation, ABM, or marketing program management
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated growth marketing programs for IT services or B2B tech
- Experience supporting large deals and strategic pursuits
- Strong digital marketing expertise across ad-tech, landing pages, analytics, nurture, and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience marketing technology services across one or more industry sectors; ability to adapt GTM strategy across industries
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and ABM tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, ITSMA frameworks, Adobe
- Experience managing high-impact events, including executive forums and marquee industry events (e.g., CES, SAP Sapphire, Dreamforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and time zones
- High-energy, outcome-driven self-starter with a strong bias for action
